What can our specialists do for you?

If you're travelling to parts of Central America, the Caribbean, Africa and South America, the likelihood is you'll need to protect yourself against the risk of yellow fever.
Administered as a single injection in the upper arm. The yellow fever vaccine is recommended to anyone over nine months of age travelling to affected territories. Many countries will require proof of vaccination before permitting entry or granting visas. So it's imperative you investigate in advance whether yellow fever is active in your intended travel destination. Failure to vaccinate yourself and your family could result in non-admittance when you're on the ground.
At PDC our specialist travel clinicians are fully trained in administering the yellow fever jab. While it's advisable to be vaccinated at least 10 days prior to travel, we'll administer the vaccine even if you are due to fly out the very next day. Providing the necessary Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis to comply with industry standards.
All vaccine certifications are valid for life so having the Yellow Fever injection just once will protect you for any future travel you take. A small price to pay for a lifetime's peace of mind.
